Life can feel playful and full of ease when we understand that every experience and every thought we have is information FOR us, in an ongoing journey of self awareness.
Even though you may feel broken and battle weary, a shift in perspective creates countless opportunities to tap into your true Self, which has always been and will always be whole.
Learn how the concept of the 'world is your mirror' and 'law of attraction' can be gentle and playful, resulting in a decrease in overthinking, managing of emotions, and coping with life in general.
You are an expert collaborator when the mind understands it doesn't have to work alone. Learn to collaborate with the fear (obvious or hidden) that drives all of our strategies to integrate and resolve every thought, belief, opinion, and judgement that muddles the mind and dictates your actions.
The Conscious Living Investigation process designed by Kelley Burry is accessible, fun, and effective for understanding your true nature and loving yourself unconditionally.
No prerequisites required.
The Introduction to CLI class is an opportunity to 'dip your toe' into a different perspective on life. In this class we explore the idea that life happens FOR ME, rather than TO ME. That means that every experience, thought, and emotion are opportunities to learn about myself and settle deeper into my wholeness. We also introduce and practice the 5 Steps of the Conscious Living Investigation process.
CLI Level 1 is a three day opportunity to ground yourself in 'consciousness comes first theory' and learn a tool to support and accelerate this shift in perspective. Time is divided between exploring theory, including downward causation and the double iceberg theory, and practicing the CLI process so that you are able to confidently and effectively integrate CLI into your daily life.
